Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sheep Patrol mobile game. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Sheep Patrol, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
App Store Terms
Sheep Patrol is distributed through Apple's App Store. Your download and use of the app are also subject to Apple's App Store terms, usage rules, and the Apple standard end user license agreement or any other Apple terms that apply to apps obtained through the App Store.
License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sheep Patrol on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's rules and these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code from, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative works based on Sheep Patrol except where applicable law expressly allows such activity.
Gameplay
Sheep Patrol is a casual territory-capture game. Gameplay features may include levels, lives, fences, sheep movement, coins, powerups, saved progress, haptics, audio, and Game Center leaderboard support. We may adjust game balance, level behavior, coin values, powerup costs, powerup effects, or other gameplay rules in future updates.
Saved Progress
The app may save your progress locally on your device, including unlocked level, active game state, settings, lives, coins, and powerups. Saved progress can be affected by app deletion, device changes, operating system behavior, data corruption, resets, or future app updates.
Coins and Powerups
Coins are in-game virtual items used to activate powerups in Sheep Patrol. Coins and powerups have no real-world cash value, are not legal tender, and cannot be exchanged for money, goods, services, or value outside the app.
Powerups are gameplay features that may affect a level, such as slowing sheep, freezing sheep, growing fences faster, removing a sheep, reducing the target, or shrinking sheep. Powerups may be changed, rebalanced, added, or removed in future versions of the app.
In-App Purchases
Sheep Patrol may offer optional consumable in-app purchases for coin packs, including 10, 100, and 250 coin options. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, taxes, payment methods, purchase authorization, refunds, and billing issues are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
Consumable coin purchases are intended to be consumed in the app. Once coins are spent on powerups, they are not refundable through the app. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund rights you may have through Apple or under applicable law.
Sheep Patrol does not currently offer subscriptions.
No Ads or Third-Party Analytics at This Time
Sheep Patrol does not currently include advertising, ad network SDKs, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, or third-party analytics. If these features are added later, the app's policies may be updated.
Game Center
Sheep Patrol may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards. If you use Game Center, your Game Center profile, scores, and leaderboard activity are handled by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for your Game Center account and any activity associated with it.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Sheep Patrol. This includes attempting to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate purchases, tamper with saved data, interfere with Game Center leaderboards, disrupt the app, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or Apple rules.
Ownership
Sheep Patrol, including its gameplay design, software, visual assets, audio, text, interface, and other content, is owned by the app developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license described above, no rights are transferred to you.
Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Sheep Patrol or any feature at any time. Some features may require a compatible device, a supported iOS version, App Store access, Game Center availability, or an internet connection for Apple services such as purchases or leaderboards.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Sheep Patrol is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from data loss.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer of Sheep Patrol will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost progress, lost profits, or purchase issues handled by Apple. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Apple
Apple is not responsible for maintaining or supporting Sheep Patrol, except as required by applicable App Store terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your use of the app obtained through the App Store, and Apple may enforce those rights where applicable.
Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will end automatically if you violate them. Upon termination, you must stop using Sheep Patrol. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and purchase-related terms, will survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this document will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of Sheep Patrol after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws in your location require a different result.
