2. Subscription and Billing
- Play Pass may offer paid subscriptions for premium features.
- Payments are handled through your Apple App Store account.
- We use RevenueCat for subscription state, entitlement management, and purchase restoration support.
- Auto-renewal, cancellation, refunds, and billing terms are governed by Apple's App Store subscription policies.
3. Analytics
We use Mixpanel for basic product analytics to improve reliability, usability, and feature decisions.
4. Acceptable Use
- You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app functionality.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and platform policies.
5. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Play Pass at any time, including features that depend on Apple APIs, entitlements, or platform behavior.
6. Disclaimer
Play Pass is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play Pass and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the app.
8. Termination
You may stop using Play Pass at any time by uninstalling the app. We may limit or terminate access for misuse or legal compliance reasons.

We may update these Terms and Conditions. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
