LingoQuessr Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using LingoQuessr (the "App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and any applicable App Store terms.

3. Gameplay and Scoring

The App includes language and geography guessing gameplay with a points-based scoring system. We may update gameplay logic, scoring, and balancing at any time to improve the experience.

4. Hints, Ads, and Purchases

Hints may be obtained through rewarded ads and/or in-app purchases.
In-app purchases are consumable and are handled by Apple through your App Store account.
All purchases are final except as required by law or Apple policies.
Availability of ad rewards may vary by region, device, and ad network fill.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party providers (for example, Apple and Google services). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Pronunciation Audio Attribution

Pronunciation recordings in the App are provided through Forvo and its contributors. Attribution and use are subject to Forvo's terms, policies, and any applicable licensing requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including design, code, branding, and original content, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App except where allowed by law.
Use cheats, bots, automation, or exploit vulnerabilities.
Use the App in ways that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
