This privacy policy applies to the Gesture Jam app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Kevin French (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require account creation.
The Application may automatically collect limited technical information necessary for basic functionality, such as:
Device type
Operating system version
General usage data (such as time spent in the app)
The Application does not collect precise location information.
The Application does not collect personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or contacts.
Use of TrueDepth Camera and Face Tracking Data
Gesture Jam uses Apple’s TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking technology solely to enable gesture-based gameplay.
The Application accesses the following real-time face tracking data:
Facial landmark positions
ARKit blend shape coefficients (such as mouth open, eyebrow raise, blink, jaw open, etc.)
Head orientation data (pitch, yaw, and roll)
This information is used exclusively to:
Detect facial gestures
Translate facial movement into gameplay controls
Calculate rhythm accuracy and scoring
The Application does not:
Capture or store photos or videos
Store depth maps
Store face geometry meshes
Store raw camera frames
Collect biometric identifiers
Store face tracking data
Transmit face tracking data off the device
Share face tracking data with any third parties
All TrueDepth face tracking data is processed entirely on-device, in memory, and is immediately discarded after each frame is processed. No face data is stored locally or remotely.
Face tracking data is used strictly for real-time gameplay functionality and for no other purpose.
Third-Party Services
The Application does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, data processors, or tracking services.
The Application does not share any user data with third parties.
Data Retention
Because the Application does not collect personal information and does not store TrueDepth face tracking data, there is no personal data retained by the Service Provider.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider at:

Security
All face tracking data accessed through the TrueDepth API is processed locally on-device and is never stored or transmitted. This significantly limits exposure and enhances user privacy.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Application after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
