This Privacy Policy explains how Costumizer collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the Costumizer mobile application.
Costumizer allows you to upload and create content, including photos of people, costume reference images, tags, costume titles, purchase links, and reminder information. You choose what content to provide and store in the app.
To generate costume previews, the app sends selected person photos, costume reference images, and any optional text instructions to third-party AI providers, including OpenAI and Google Gemini/Nano Banana.
These providers process this data solely to generate the requested image output for you. The purpose of this processing is to create a costume preview that reflects the selected person wearing the chosen costume.
By using the image generation feature, you consent to this data being transmitted to these providers for processing.
Generated images and saved costume information are stored locally on your device. If you delete a saved result, the app attempts to remove the associated image file from local storage.
Costumizer uses third-party services to operate core features and improve the app:
Costumizer only shares data with third-party providers as necessary to provide app functionality. These providers are required to process data on our behalf and are contractually or legally obligated to use the data only for the purpose of providing their services and to apply appropriate privacy and security protections.
Costumizer does not sell your personal data and does not permit third-party providers to use your data for advertising or unrelated purposes.
Costumizer uses Mixpanel to collect basic analytics to understand how the app is used, improve features, and troubleshoot issues. This may include event data such as feature usage, interaction events, device or app information, and general usage patterns. Costumizer does not intentionally send uploaded images or generated images to analytics services.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple and managed using RevenueCat. Costumizer may receive information such as product identifiers, purchase status, subscription status, renewal information, and entitlement state. Costumizer does not receive full payment card details.
If you choose to set reminders, the app may store reminder details locally and use Apple notification services to deliver notifications. You can control notification permissions in your device settings.

You are responsible for the content you upload or create. You should only upload images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload content that violates privacy, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws.
You may not use Costumizer to upload or generate sexual content, nudity, non-consensual imagery, inappropriate content involving minors, hateful or harassing content, illegal content, or any material that violates applicable laws or platform policies.
Your saved content remains on your device until you delete it or remove the app. Third-party providers may retain submitted data according to their own policies. Costumizer may retain limited analytics and transaction-related information as necessary for operational, legal, and compliance purposes.
Costumizer uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Costumizer is not intended for children under the age required to consent to digital services. If a minor uses the app, a parent or guardian is responsible for that use. Do not upload images of minors without proper authorization and only for appropriate, lawful purposes.
You can choose not to upload photos, delete saved content, manage notifications in device settings, manage subscriptions through Apple, or stop using the app at any time. Some information may still be retained by third-party providers according to their policies.
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Costumizer or its service providers operate.
Costumizer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by revising the effective date.
