Use of the App
BRL USD provides currency conversion tools, exchange-rate data displays, historical charts, widgets, and related features. You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable rules and platform requirements.
No Financial Advice
BRL USD is provided for general informational and convenience purposes only. Exchange-rate information may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The app does not provide financial, investment, tax, legal, or remittance advice. You should verify rates independently before making financial decisions or completing transactions.
Exchange Rate Data
The app relies on third-party data providers for exchange-rate information. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data shown in the app.
Subscriptions and Paid Features
If BRL USD offers subscriptions or premium features, billing is handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscription status and entitlement handling may be managed through RevenueCat.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Analytics and Service Providers
We may use third-party services such as Mixpanel for analytics and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of the app may therefore involve limited data processing by those services as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
BRL USD, including its design, branding, software, and related content, is owned by the app publisher or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit the app except as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the app publisher will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss resulting from reliance on exchange-rate information, use of the app, subscription issues, service interruptions, or third-party services.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if these terms are violated or if continued operation of the app changes. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms are published means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the publisher’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require otherwise.
